• A car sales manager profiled in The U.S. Sun says he excelled at selling cars because he was a “people person first.” Ray Shefska said he'd never thought he would be a car salesman, let alone a successful sales manager with four decades under his belt. In 1977, Shefska was looking for a job to support his growing family and a job opened up at a local dealership. He applied without any prior experience and the rest is history.
